High Blood Pressure Training

You've been diagnosed with hypertension.

Hypertension can have many causes. The path to a successful treatment often depends on a thorough medical clarification, on the other hand, there are general rules and guidelines to achieve this.   We want to educate you extensively about the current knowledge and give you important information for a successful implementation of the treatment.

The goal should be a good blood pressure setting, together with a high quality of life.

If you already have a blood pressure monitor, bring it with you to the training course.

If your caregivers (partners, cohabitants) are also interested in the medical issue, bring them with you.
